Floss

Out of commission due to nothing happening in baseball and elaborate dental work. Pretty sure on my deathbed I'm going to gather my great grandchildren around and tell them that what I've learned in my long life is that you really, really ought to floss.

Dude, seriously, thought you knew.

In all seriousness, when considering low-tech product innovations with the biggest impact, dental floss has to be in the top 5.
